A company in Ireland required the design, fabrication and assembly of highly specialised hygienic manufacturing vessels enabling the preparation of a medicinal compound. The system included 2 large vessels, a transfer system, an access platform and nitrogen purged since the system was to handle volatile solvents and was fully equipped with a control system. Attention to cleaning and correct the selection of the wash in place distribution and spray nozzles added to the complexity.
