What we provide:-

Fabrication

We excel at bespoke fabrication and are regularly called upon for the “awkward one-offs” and prototypes, however we are equally comfortable producing medium-large quantity batches. We work in many materials specialising in stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, as well as copper, brass and bronze.

Our fabrication capabilities range from a small bracket up to complicated large vessels and frameworks.

Polishing

We offer an in-house polishing service meaning we can produce high specification finishes to all materials with our own in house quality assurance and inspection techniques. We can offer polishing from a standard brush finish all the way to mirror finish suitable for FDA and pharmaceutical applications. We are able to polish all shapes and sizes.

Welding

Our staff all hold numerous coding and approvals in many different materials and are all versed with the companies large amounts of welding procedures which have all been approved and written by a qualified Responsible Welding Coordinator. We are able to offer in-house and external weld testing where required to suit customer’s specifications.

We hold an accreditation as a structural fabricator/welder to BS EN 1090 EXC2, and have a significant amount of welding procedures to cover these works.

Sheet Metalwork

As skilled sheet metalworkers we are able to offer pattern development, rolling and bending/folding along with specialist cutting and forming techniques to very accurate tolerances.

From being able to develop and form cones/transitions and vessel bodies to folding copings, flashings and panels, we have a large range of skills and equipment to offer.
