Pharmaceutical granulation binder application. A blue chip pharmaceutical company issued a tender for the design and supply of a bespoke binder application vessel. The unit provided a number of challenges which included the requirement to heat & cool the product to an accuracy of 1 deg C and involved the handling of solvents which required ATEX compliance plus the unit was designed to be mobile.
Belmont partnered with Epsilon Pharmaservices who undertook the initial design with all fabrication, polishing and assembly executed by Belmonts.
